Tell Congress About the Massacres of Amharas Across Ethiopia!
Write to your U.S. Representative and Senators about these atrocities - join our Call to Action!
Dear Ethiopian-Americans,
We need your help to let Congress know that Amharas are under attack across Ethiopia!
Congress needs to hear from the diaspora about the recent and ongoing massacres of Amharas in Ataye and Welega. They also need to learn about the previous mass killings of Amharas in Metekel, Oromia, Mai Kadra, and Guraferda over the past few months.
The goal is for Members of Congress to issue public condemnation of these massacres, call for the Ethiopian Government to fully protect Amharas and other civilians, and work on longterm political reform to the ethnic federalist Constitution to bring peace and stability to Ethiopia.
Instructions: fill out all the information on the form using your phone, tablet, or computer to generate a pre-written email to your congressional Representative and Senators. The process is easy, but if you have any questions, please email info@amharaamerica.org and we will help you. Don't forget to click "Take Action" to send the email!
